The committee shall not do or cause any of the following acts:-

(a) to give a loan to a member or to a member of his immediate family, with or without any collateral,
(b) to invest in any bank or financial institution other than a Class “A” bank, or
(c) To provide any kind of facility to the members without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
